Network structure - Users

The organizational structure of the audited unit, formed by groups and users. The structure can be independent of the domain organization.

Edit Bar

Insert (key INS) - Insert new item.

Properties (key ENTER) - Change the selected item’s properties.

Delete - Delete the selected item.

Context Menu:

  • Group (all items are inserted manually)

  • Active - activate/deactivate users
  • Do not move - enable/disable moving users move between groups

  • Helpdesk - disable/enable the user helpdesk (Y/N)
    • Generate a password - generate a password for a user logs on to the Help Desk
  • Notification - disable / enable user to send notifications
  • Group - change the group of users
  • Department - Department of users change
  • Items 1-4 - 1-4 user items to change
  • Root - move a group to root
  • Move license - a license to move the user assigned to another user

• Lookup - Lookup a user by entered properties
• View - display settings for users
• Group by - grouping settings for users tree

Folders:

The following tree structure of information is displayed by every user:

• Computers - Computers list assigned to the user. (You can assign the user to the computer by the INSERT key on the folder or by drag & drop (icon drag by mouse) between the Users and the Computers windows).
• Licenses - Licenses list assigned to the user
• Passports - Passports list assigned to the user
• Assets - Assets list assigned to the user
• Protocols - list of user’s protocols
• Events - events associated with this user
