License

Enter/change the license properties.

Items:

• Purchase date - The license acquisition date
• Expiration - the date of expiraiton for the ”Software Assurance” license type
• Count - In the case of multi-license > 1
• Price - license purchase price
• Currency - license price currency
• Include members - when adding the licence add also package members (valid for product type of package)
• Serial number - The license serial number
• Unlimited - unlimited count
• Active - license status. Only active licenses are summarized in results. Licenses will be deactivated after expiration automatically
• Per processor - each physical processor affects the number of licenses
• OEM - ”OEM” license type
• Hardware key/Floating - license requires hardware key or concurrent licensing
• User’s second computer - secondary computer (e.g. notebook) does not affect the number of licences
• Installation key - installation key code
• CAL licensing - type of CAL licensing
• Number - The specific computer license related number (for internal evidence). You can enter it in the ”Computers/Licenses” window.
• Language - The licensed product language version
• Item 1, 2, 3, 4 - 4 custom definable items (see. the ”Definitions/Custom Items” window)
• Type - license type
• Category - license category
• Document/Invoice - The document internal number (for the license origin evidence) / license invoice
• Note - Additional information on the license.
