User

Enter/change the user properties.

Items:

• Username - Name used to log on to Windows
• Active - user status
• Group - The user classification
• Do not move - disable moving user between groups
• Name - The user‘s first name
• Surname - The user‘s surname
• E-mail - The user‘s e-mail address
• Personal Number - The user‘s personal number
• Phone - telephone number
• Custom Item 1, 2, 3, 4 - 4 custom definable items (See: the ”Definitions/Custom Items” window)
• Note - Additional information on the user
• Role - The type of user in the AuditPro system
  • User (default) - The person who uses the audited computer(s)
  • Administrator - The person who administers the audited computer(s)
  • Owner - The person who owns the audited computer(s)
• Profession - user profession
• Leader - user is a leader of a team or department
• Last available - date of last response from this user (e.g. last scan date or last read from Active Directory)
• Do not deact. - never deactivate this user
• Helpdesk - the user is active for logging into the helpdesk module
