Passports

The list of passports.

Insert (key INS) - Insert new item.

Properties (key ENTER) - Change the selected item’s properties.

Delete (key DEL) - Delete the selected item.

Create/change the computer passport

Items:

• Date - The creation date
• Number - The registration number (automatically increased)
• Computer - The computer name
  • Include disabled - create passports also for inactive computers
• User - The person responsible for HW and SW
  • Include administrators - create passports also for users with role Administrator
• Administrator - The person responsible for the HW and SW installation/takeover
• Owner - The owner
• Note - Additional information on the passport
• Accepted - the user accepted the passport (Yes/No) using the web interface button “Accept”
• Date accepted - the date when user accepted it
• Date printed - date printed
