If your application does not seem to working correctly, you can use Thinstall's support ticket system to open a trouble ticket and provide information we need to provide assistance.

Step 1. Gather information we need to analyze your problem
Howto: ZIP your captured project and create a .trace file

Step 2. Upload files to thinstall.com
If your files are less than 10MB you can attach them to your support ticket in step 3 using the web interface.  
If your files are >10MB, you should upload them to our ftp server.
