2. Click the link (Open a new trouble ticket)
Note: If you do not have any trouble tickets, please contact your sales representative


In your trouble ticket, please include the following information:

1. Which Thinstall Version number are you using?
example: Thinstall 3.066

2. Which OS are you running when the problem occurs?
example: Windows XP Service Pack 2

3. How can we reproduce the problem with the files you uploaded?
- Build the application.
- Run bin\myapplication.exe
- Use the File / Export option from the menu
- Select the file c:\foobar.txt
- Click "Ok"
- Crash occurs (see screenshot)
