NOTE: If the computer does not have a NIC with a CCM compatible boot PROM, you can use a CCM boot diskette.
If the computer is not Wired-for-Management enabled, including support for PXE, the Preboot eXecution Environment, you need to know the type of network card installed.
Verify with your CCM representative that your network card is supported by CCM.
You need the following additional information for computers that you are going to install as Cooperative Mode:
Formatting and partitioning information for all hard disks.
NOTE: Use a utility such as FDISK to display this information, but take care not to accidentally delete the drive partitioning and formatting information.
Information about and parameter settings for any installed application that you intend to automatically update with CCM while this computer is still in Cooperative Mode.
NOTE: Although it is not necessary to provide information about all the currently installed applications on the computer, it is a good practice to know what applications are installed on the computer, in case a reset of the computer is necessary.
