Adding Packages and Hardware Jobs to Computer Profiles

When you add packages to a profile, you can set the package parameters at that time. Or, you can set the package parameters when you deploy the profile to a computer. Settings you make when you assign the package override the parameter settings made when you added the package to the computer profile. When you add packages to computer profiles, the package job status' are set to 'Assigned'.

You can choose to check the dependencies of the packages you add to the profile. This allows you to avoid a dependency conflict when you assign the profile to computers.

Any package can belong to more than one computer profile.
