1. In the Scope pane expand the <server name>.

2. Right-click Computer Profiles and select Create Profile.

The Create Profile dialog box appears.

3. Set the computer properties for the profile by entering the information on the Identification tab and the Boot and Security tab.

4. Click OK.

The computer profile appears in the Scope pane, under Computer Profiles.

3. Next, add packages and hardware jobs to the computer profile.

 

1. Click Computer Profiles in the Scope pane.

2. In the Result pane, drag the existing computer profile, and drop it on Computer  Profiles in the Scope pane.

3. In the Create Profile dialog box, enter a Display Name and Description of the new computer profile in the appropriate fields.

4. Click OK.

The computer profile appears in the Scope pane, under Computer Profiles.

5. Optionally, you can modify the existing packages and hardware jobs in the computer profile.

 

1. Expand Computers in the Scope pane, and select All Computers.

2. In the Result pane, select the computer in which you want to copy the computer profile.

3. Drag and drop the computer to Computer Profiles in the Scope pane.

4. In the Create Profile dialog box, enter a Display Name and Description of the new computer profile in the appropriate fields.

5. Click OK.

The computer profile, with the same information as the computer your copied, appears in the Scope pane, under Computer Profiles.

6. Optionally, you can modify the existing packages and hardware jobs of the computer profile.
