If you have verified that all FRS dependencies are working, then the problem is likely FRS. Run FRSDiag.exe, which collects and analyzes FRS data. After running FRSDiag, review the FRSDiag.txt output file. If FRSDiag identifies any of the problems below, click the appropriate link for troubleshooting information.
