IBCO_FETCH_RETRY in FRSDiag.txt

IBCO_FETCH_RETRY means that FRS is waiting to retry remote change order staging file fetch. This error might be caused by connectivity problems with the upstream partner. To resolve this problem, check connectivity with the upstream partner by doing the following:

• If upstream partner is in VVJoin with its parent, run FRSDiag on the upstream partner.
  • To find the upstream partner, use TopChk.
  • To find if partner is in VVJoin, use Connstat output.
