ERROR_ACCESS_DENIED in FRSDiag.txt

If ERROR_ACCESS_DENIED is shown in FRSDiag.txt, verify permissions on the replica set. In some cases, antivirus software modifies the permissions on upstream and downstream partners. Required permissions are as follows:

• System: Full Control
• Administrator: Full Control
• Authenticated users: Read & Execute

This problem might be easily resolved by selecting Allow Inherited permissions from parent on the child folder.
