Use this dialog box to specify the NetBackup servers, clients, and policies for backup and restore operations.

Server to use for backups and restores |
The NetBackup master server to use for user operations. To use a different server, select one from the drop-down list. |
Edit Server List |
Click to add servers to or remove servers from the server list. The server list must contain the master server and any media servers that perform scheduled backups of the client. |
Source client for restores (or virtual client for backups) |
The client that was the source of the backups you want to restore. Typically, your own client. Or, the virtual client in a cluster. To use a different client, select one from the drop-down list. The NetBackup administrator must configure NetBackup to allow you to restore files from a client other than your own. |
Edit Client List |
Click to add clients to or remove clients from the client list. |
Destination client for restores |
The client that receives the restored items. Typically, your own client. To change the client (redirect the restore), select one from the drop-down list. |
Policy type for restores |
Specifies the policy type for the selected clients. The policy type must be the same as specified for the client on the NetBackup server. See Policy types. |
