Platform

Lets you select a platform from the drop-down list.

You can select a predefined platform or a custom platform, if you have already created.

Primary entity

Lets you select a primary entity. The asset type is created based on the primary entity that you select for the selected platform.

You can select the primary entities that already are the predefined asset types and add new fields to the entities.

In addition, you can also select the primary entities that are not a part of the predefined asset types.

You can select an entirely new primary entity if you have already created a custom platform and entity based on it.

Primary fields

Displays the primary fields for the primary entity that you select.

These are the fields without which the primary entity cannot exist in the schema.
