Usage

Navigate to the solution file (*.sln), and double-click it. By default, the solution files are copied to the following folders:
C:\Program Files\Windows Mobile 6.5.3 DTK\Samples\Common\CPP\Win32\CellCore\TAPI\HelloTAPI
Microsoft Visual Studio launches and loads the solution.

Build the solution (Ctrl+Shift+B).

Deploy the solution (F5).

A dialog box is presented allowing you to key-in a phone number which is then dialed using the TAPI function tapiRequestMakeCall.
Remarks
The mobile device or emulator has phone capabilities.
