Determines when the WINS server pulls replicas of new WINS database entries from its partners.

| 0 | Replication occurs only as often as specified in the value of TimeInterval. |
| 1 | The WINS server pulls replicas of new WINS database entries from its partners when the system is initialized or when a replication-related parameter changes. |
To change the value of this entry, use the WINS console. Right-click the Replication Partners node, click Properties and then click the Pull Replication tab. This entry corresponds to the Start pull replication at service startup option.
