Determines whether the WINS server notifies its replication partners of the status of its database when the system is initialized.
| Value | Meaning |

| 0 | No message is sent. |
| 1 | The WINS server sends a database status message. |
To change the value of this entry, use the WINS console. In the Replication Partners Properties dialog box, click the Push Replication tab, and then click the At service startup check box.
Changes to these value in this subkey are effective immediately; you do not have to restart WINS or Windows 2000. To see the changes reflected in your registry editor, just refresh the display.
