Specifies the maximum number of times the WINS server tries to connect with a partner when pulling a replica when each attempt fails. The interval between attempts is specified by the value of InitTimeReplication.
To change the value of this entry, use the WINS console. Right-click the Replication Partners node, click Properties and then click the Pull Replication tab. This entry corresponds to the Number of retries box.
