Determines how long after an entry is marked as extinct that it is deleted from the WINS database.
The WINS server adjusts this value based on the value of RefreshInterval and, if the WINS server has replication partners, on the longest replication interval set for any partner.
To change the value of this entry, use the Intervals tab on the WINS <Server-name> Properties dialog box. This entry corresponds to the Extinction time-out field.
