Determines how long after WINS database entry is considered to be extinct that it is released.
The WINS server adjusts this value based on the value of RefreshInterval and, if the WINS server has replication partners, on the largest replication interval set for any partner. The value of TombstoneInterval must be at least twice the value of RefreshInterval.
To change the value of this entry, use the Intervals tab on the WINS <Server-name> Properties dialog box. This entry corresponds to the Extinction interval field.
