Determines how often a client must refresh its name registration and how often the scavenging thread (which deletes extinct records) runs.
The scavenging thread begins running when half of the value of RefreshInterval has elapsed, at which point the client must refresh its name registrations.
For example, if the value of RefreshInterval is six days, the client must refresh its name registration every three days.
The WINS server adjusts the refresh interval to minimize the difference between the renewal interval of this WINS server and the renewal interval of its replication partners.
To change the value of this entry, use the Intervals tab on the WINS <Server-name> Properties dialog box. This entry corresponds to the Renew interval field.
