This tweak will remove the animated sliding menu effect found on the Pocket PC.

To do this, follow the next steps:

1. Open the PHM Registry Editor. Click here for more details.
    
2. Expand HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\GWE\Menu
   
3. Create a new DWORD value, or modify the existing value called "AniType" and set the value to "0".
    
4. Soft reset your Pocket PC.
