QAS Reporting Using Stored Data

With QAS reporting using stored data, the data must first be collected by means of the logical relation that Active Directory has with the Unix and Linux systems. Once the data has accumulated in Reporter’s SQL Server database, it is then used when running any of the QAS Report templates.

The workflow for this method of QAS reporting can be summarized as follows:

•	Collect and store data for QAS reporting

Create scheduled collections using templates. For more information, see Collecting and Storing Data for QAS Reporting.

•	Create QAS favorites

You can save any of the predefined QAS Report templates as a favorite. For more information on favorites, see Creating and Modifying Favorites.

•	Schedule your QAS favorites to generate reports
