When you have no further use for a target or target group, you can delete it from Address Manager. Deleting a target automatically removes it from any target group to which it belongs.
You must have the Manage Global Target and Target Groups permission to delete application-wide targets and target groups, and the Manage Targets permission to delete case-specific or folder-specific targets and groups. By default, users with the application role of Discovery System Admin have the first permission, whereas Case Administrator and Folder Full Control users have the second.
To delete a target or target group from Address Manager
Do one of the following:
To delete an application-wide target or target group, click the Custodians tab in the Discovery Accelerator client, and then click the Address Manager tab.
To delete a case-specific target or target group, click the Cases tab and then click the required case in the left pane. Then click the Address Manager tab.
If Discovery Accelerator lists a lot of cases, you can filter the list with the fields at the top of the pane.
