Checking Dependencies

Before beginning your build, you must check dependencies and then resolve any dependencies or conflicts between components in your configuration.

To check for dependencies or conflicts

  1. In the All Nodes pane, select the appropriate configuration.
  2. On the toolbar, click the Check Dependenciesbutton:
  3. If conflicts exist or components are missing, record the message, and then add or remove components as needed.
  4. Repeat steps 1-3 until a message confirms that your configuration has all the required components.
    Note   Target Designer might take a few minutes to check for dependencies and conflicts.
