This message notifies a tree view control's parent window that a drag-and-drop operation is being initiated. It is sent in the form of a WM_NOTIFYmessage.

Syntax

pnmtv = (NM_TREEVIEW FAR *)

Parameters

pnmtv

Pointer to an NM_TREEVIEWstructure. The itemNewmember is a TVITEMstructure that contains valid information about the item being dragged in the hItem, state, and lParammembers. The ptDragmember specifies the current screen coordinates of the mouse.

Return Value

The return value is ignored.
