A LINE_DEVSPECIFIC message with dwMessageTypeset to LINE_EQUIPSTATECHANGE is sent to the application every time the equipment state changes.

Syntax 

LINE_DEVSPECIFIC

dwParam1 = LINE_EQUIPSTATECHANGE;

dwParam2;

dwParam3;

Parameters

dwParam1

The type of the message, in this case LINE_EQUIPSTATECHANGE.

dwParam2

Indicates the equipment state. See the Equipment Statesconstants for possible values.

dwParam3

Indicates whether the major radio functions are on or off. See the Radio Statesconstants for possible values.
