This message is sent by an application to set the 32-bit value associated with the specified item in a combo box.
Syntax
CB_SETITEMDATA wParam = (WPARAM) index; lParam = (LPARAM)(DWORD) dwData; |
Parameters

Specifies the item's zero-based index.
- dwData

Specifies the new value to be associated with the item.
Return Value
CB_ERR indicates that an error has occurred.
Remarks
Windows Embedded CE does not support owner-drawn combo boxes.
If the specified item is in an owner-drawn combo box created without the CBS_HASSTRINGS style, this message replaces the 32-bit value in the lParamparameter of the CB_ADDSTRING or CB_INSERTSTRINGmessage that added the item to the combo box.
