PTT timer has expired; lpDatais NULL.

RIL_NOTIFY_VGCSUPLINKSTATUSCHANGED

Current uplink status has changed; lpDatapoints to the new status (RIL_UPLINKSTATUS_* constant).

RIL_NOTIFY_VGCSVBSSTATEATTRCHANGED

Current VGC or VBC state attribute has changed; lpDatapoints to RILSTATEATTRIBUTE.

RIL_NOTIFY_NCHAVAILABILITYCHANGED

NCH availability has changed; lpDatapoints to the new status (RIL_NCH_* constant).
