This function retrieves the LANGIDfor the original install language of the system.

Syntax

LANGID GetSystemDefaultUILanguage();

Parameters

None.

Return Value

If the function succeeds, the return value is the LANGIDfor the system default UI language. If the function fails, the return value is zero.

The registry key that stores the default system language is located at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\MUI\SysLang.
