This method retrieves the family code page identifier value corresponding to the code page identifier specified in the uiCodePageparameter.

Syntax 

HRESULT GetFamilyCodePage( 
  UINT 
uiCodePage,
  UINT* 
puiFamilyCodePage
);

Parameters

uiCodePage

[in] Code page identifier value for which the caller wants the information.

puiFamilyCodePage

[out] Address of the buffer where the family code page identifier value is returned.

Return Value

Returns S_OK if successful or E_FAIL if either of the arguments is invalid or if the information is not found for the required code page.

Remarks

The family code page is the Windows code page that shares the MIME database attributes wszFixedWidthFontand wszProportionalFontwith uiCodePage. For more information, see MIMECPINFO. If no such Windows code page exists for uiCodePage, puiFamilyCodePageis set to uiCodePage.
