The quota of the queue is the maximum size of the queue.

By default, a queue's maximum size is set to INFINITE.

To change the maximum size of a queue
  1. Declare an MSMQQueueInfoobject.

  2. Call MSMQQueueInfo.Refreshto retrieve the existing properties of the queue.

  3. Set MSMQQueueInfo.Quotato the new maximum size for the queue.

  4. Call MSMQQueueInfo.Updateto change the maximum size of the queue.
