This method creates a Locale Enumerationobject and retrieves the corresponding IEnumRfc1766interface.

Parameters

LangId

[in] LANGID that specifies the language.

ppEnumRfc1766

[out] Address of a pointer to the IEnumRfc1766interface of the enumeration object.
