It is impossible to lose surfaces in Windows CE. However, to allow for compatiblility of applications from the other Windows OS's, the methods still function. The IDirectDrawSurface5::Restoremethod and the IDirectDraw4::RestoreAllSurfacesmethod return DD_OK.
