The IDirectDrawSurface5::Restoremethod restores a surface that has been lost. The restore occurs when the surface memory associated with the DirectDrawSurface object has been freed.

Return Values
The return value is DD_OK.
Remarks
Surfaces cannot be lost on Windows CE, so this method does nothing but return DD_OK.
