Specifies the maximum permissible size of the DNS transaction log, Dns.log. When the log reaches the specified maximum size, DNS writes over the oldest transactions.
DNS reads its registry entries only when it starts. Changes are not effective until you restart the DNS server.
Note
If you enter a value less than 64 KB (0x10000), the system sets the maximum log size to 64 KB.
