Updates policy settings even when the update is transmitted across a slow network connection, such as a telephone line.
Because updates across slow connections can cause significant delays, by default, the system does not update policy settings when it detects a slow connection.
This entry stores the setting of the Allow processing across a slow network connection option in the policy–processing policies in Group Policy.

To change the value of this entry, use Group Policy. This entry corresponds to the Allow processing across a slow network connection option in the policy–processing policies in Group Policy.
Note
This entry overrides customized settings specified in the installation script for a policy.
This entry is not supported by the Registry policy or Security policy client-side extensions. Therefore, this entry is ignored if it appears in the {35378EAC-683F-11D2-A89A-00C04FBBCFA2} (Registry policy) or {827D319E-6EAC-11D2-A4EA-00C04F79F83A} (Security policy) subkeys.
