Description

Determines the percentage of connection bandwidth that the system can reserve on the network adapter. This value limits the combined bandwidth reservations all programs running on the system.

Note Image Note

This entry takes precedence over a Group Policy that applies to packets carried by all network adapters on this computer. For more information, see NonBestEffortLimit (Policies subkey).

Windows 2000 does not add this entry to the registry. You can add it by editing the registry or by using a program that edits the registry.
