Specifies the time of day when the first WINS server database consistency check occurs. Thereafter, the WINS database is checked for consistency as frequently as is specified in the value of TimeInterval.
To change the value of this entry, use the WINS console. In WINS server properties, click the Database Verification tab. This entry corresponds to the Begin verifying at option.
