Establishes the maximum amount of memory that IP can allocate to store packet data in the router packet queue. The value of this entry must be greater than or equal to the value of ForwardBufferMemory.
Note
Windows 2000 does not add this entry to the registry. You can add it by editing the registry or by using a program that edits the registry.
The default value of this entry is changed in Windows 2000. The default value for Windows NT 4.0 prior to Service Pack 4 is 0xFFFFFFFF.
