ABF Outlook Express Backup is a backup
and synchronization tool for the popular Outlook Express
mail client. It allows you to backup and restore your messages,
address book, settings, mail and news accounts, message rules,
blocked senders lists, signatures, stationeries, and even your
favorites. (see picture 1).

All backup functions can be processed either separately or
together. The user can choose an identity for saving or restoring
the data. ABF OE Backup allows you to backup your data on
one computer and restore it to another. This feature makes ABF
Outlook Express Backup not just a backup program but also an
