Network Tweaks - Optimize TCP/IP Traffic

With a low TCP/IP traffic it's possible that there a some delay's if the default request buffer size is used. This value is default set to 4356 bytes. This parameter can be change from 512-65536 bytes. Some tests show that the value 14596 is a good value depend on the memory available.

To optimize the TCP/IP traffic, follow the next steps:

  1. Open the Registry Editor click on the Start button on your taskbar, then click on Run and type "regedit" and click on OK to start the regedit utility.
