If necessary, connect to the remote computer you want to
manage.
Click Telnet Server.
Click the Server Settings tab.
Do one of the following:
To have programs terminate when the user ends the Telnet
session, click Stop all programs.
To allow programs to continue to run, click Continue to run
all programs started with the background job (bgjob)
command.
To save the settings, click Apply.
Note
To open Services for UNIX Administration, click Start,
point to Programs, point to Windows Services for
UNIX, and then click Services for UNIX
Administration.
When you click the first option, all programs started during
the Telnet session will be stopped when the user disconnects.
However, programs running under the permissions of users other than
the logged-on user will continue to run.
The name of the remote computer you want to manage.
killAll={yes | no}
To terminate all applications when the user disconnects from
the session, type yes; to allow programs started with the
bgjob command to continue to run, type no.
Note
To view the complete syntax for this command, at a command
prompt, type:
tnadmin /?
When you use killAll=yes, all programs started during
the Telnet session will be stopped when the user disconnects.
However, programs running under the permissions of users other than
the logged-on user will continue to run.
