Creating a new phonebook

 

The 'Set New Phonebook' command lets you specify a file for storing a phonebook in. Radmin will use the specified file until you select a new one.

It is possible (but not recommended) to share a phonebook between two or more Radmin Viewers.

note Import phonebook will add all records from the specified phonebook file to the current one, while Set new phonebook will create a new phonebook file, replacing the current one.

To create a new phonebook:
  1. Use the "Tools"->"Set New Phonebook" menu command and choose a Radmin phonebook file (with .rpb extension) in a standard window.
  2. Click "Open".
