Each time you open the Web application, your personal workflow
To do list is displayed. If you have pending items (workflow tasks
assigned to you), they are listed on the screen.
The To do list includes the following 7 columns. You can
toggle the sort order between ascending and descending by clicking
the column header.
View Details: Click here to go to the Requests
list so you can drill down for more details on a specific workflow
instance. See "Requests
list" for more information.
Action: Click a button to approve or deny a
request, mark a manual task as "completed" or "cannot complete", or
to provide requested information.
Request ID: The Request ID is a unique number
that is automatically assigned by the Process Manager engine to
identify each individual workflow instance.
External system ID: The external unique system
identifier that was specified or autogenerated when the event
listener was created is displayed here.
Action name: The name of each action included
in the workflow is listed here. Because an action may be used more
than once in a particular workflow instance, a unique number is
automatically assigned to each occurrence of an action, to identify
that particular occurrence.
Date requested: The date/time stamp indicating
when each action was initiated by the workflow.
Due date: If a due date was specified for the
action, it will be displayed in this column.
Note that as a result of the time change in conjunction with
Daylight Savings time, if a due date tied to a workflow action
spans the time change, the reported due time in the To do list may
be off by one hour. This does not affect the actual functionality
of the workflow, but only the due times specified in the To do
list.
