The calendar gives you a monthly view to let you see at a glance which dates have workflows scheduled to run. To enable workflows to appear on the calendar, you need to create a field mapping for the Proposed request date field and fill it with a value from the event listener. For more information, see "Field mapping" in Process Designer Help.
Use this feature to watch for and/or prepare for potential workflow scheduling conflicts.
To access the calendar, click the Calendar icon on the left side of the Web console screen.
For any workflows with a proposed request date, the workflow icon (represented by a lightning bolt) appears on the calendar, on the proposed date. When you click on the lightning bolt, you are taken to the Requests list, which is pre-filtered to show only workflows scheduled for that day. From there, you can drill down to see more details, view action or audit histories, etc. For more information, see "Requests list".
