The Web console uses the infrastructure of your existing network to establish connections with the devices it manages. This greatly simplifies the job of managing your existing network, whether you manage a small network or a large enterprise environment, even when you aren't at your desk.

The Web console offers a subset of Management Suite's functionality from the convenience of a Web browser. The Management Suite console is your main resource for managing computers, but the Web console is useful when the management console isn't available.

It's because your network administrator is most likely using
LANDesk Management
Suite's role-based administration or feature-level security option
that limits you to performing certain tasks that you have the
