Viewing and modifying existing search schedules

You can view the properties of existing search schedules and modify their descriptions and schedule types. You can also disable those schedules that you do not want to make available for selection when you define the criteria for a new search.

You must have the Manage Schedules permission to view and modify search schedules. By default, users with the application role of App Rule Admin have this permission.

  1. Click the Configuration tab in the Compliance Accelerator client, and then click the Search Schedules tab.

  2. Click the name of the schedule.

  3. If you want to modify the settings, do the following:

    • Click Edit.

    • Make the required changes.

    • Click Save to save the changes that you have made.

To view the search schedules in SQL Server Management Studio

  1. Start SQL Server Management Studio.

  2. Expand the tree in the left pane until the objects under the required server are visible.

  3. Expand the SQL Server Agent object.

  4. Click Jobs to view the scheduled jobs.

Compliance Accelerator jobs have a category of KVS Auto Searches.
