Use the Contact Picker dialog box to designate individuals or groups as approvers of requests, or as recipients of assignments, forms, or e-mail messages that are generated as part of your workflow actions. Select a contact from the list and click OK. If the contact does not appear in the list, click Add and then specify the contact in the Add contact dialog box. To remove a contact, select it in the list and click Delete.
