The iSCSI IP Settings window allows you to
specify how an IP address is obtained for an iSCSI device.
Controls:
Configure IPv4
Address: Selects an IPv4 configuration for the iSCSI
device
Obtain an IPv4
Address Automatically. Uses DHCP to acquire an IPv4
configuration for the iSCSI device.
Use the
following IPv4 Address. Use the specified IPv4
configuration for the iSCSI device. The IPv4 address must be
different from IPv4 addresses that are assigned to other iSCSI
devices and Ethernet adapters.
IPv4
Address: IPv4 address (dotted decimal) for the iSCSI
device.
Subnet
Mask: Network subnet mask (dotted decimal) for the iSCSI
device.
Default
Gateway: Default route for the iSCSI device.
Configure IPv6
Address: Selects an IPv6 configuration for the iSCSI
device. This feature is currently only supported on NC382x and
NC532x adapters.
Obtain an IPv6
Address Automatically. Uses DHCP to acquire an IPv6
configuration for the iSCSI device.
Process Router
Advertisements. Select this option to allow the iSCSI IPv6
auto configuration to generate a routable IPv6 IP address.
OK.
Closes tab and returns you to the Settings tab.
Cancel. Closes tab and returns you to the
Settings tab.
